Automotive Maintenance Training Simulation

Online Interactive 3D Training Simulation Software

Select a maintenance task from the software's pulldown menu. As you go through the steps, you can rotate, pan, or zoom your view to see the action from any perspective. In some cases, you may want to replay certain steps from a different viewpoint, or pause a step to take a closer look.

This interactive 3D learning simulation teaches basic automotive maintenance and repair techniques. Knowing how to change a tire and make a regular oil change is very important to keep your car in good shape. This web-based application demonstrates using a real-time 3D simulation to provide instructional learning.

Move the jack into place under the car. Be sure to place the jack far enough underneath the car that it will raise the car by a solid part of the frame, not just by an exterior car panel. If everything looks okay, slowly turn the jack handle and raise the rear tire off the ground so it can be removed.

Place a funnel into the hole where the engine oil cap was. Pour in as many quarts of oil as necessary. You'll know how many quarts to use by the reading you got from the dipstick in the previous maintenance task of the simulation.
